Truckee Artist Lofts has 4 different floor designs. In total, we have 19 Studios, 20 One-Bedrooms, 19 Two-Bedrooms, and 19 Three-Bedrooms available. Please take a look below to view our different bedroom configurations.

 

As a workforce housing project, income limits and rent restrictions apply to all of the units here at Truckee Artist Lofts. Income and rent restrictions are set annually based on the CA Tax Credit Allocation Committee guidelines, and are subject to change. The income restrictions for each of the unit types is designated below. If there are more applicants than available units during initial lease up, a random draw will be administered to assist in leasing the all units fairly.
